Bern's old town, a UNESCO site, is explored under six kilometres of arcades: the Clock Tower, the cathedral, the fountains, the Federal Palace and the bear park by the Aare. A human-sized capital, an hour and a half from Morges.
We drop the group off at the coach park, a few minutes' walk from the old town, and can add the Zentrum Paul Klee or the Rose Garden.
