Privacy policy

Voyages Stevic Sàrl, Rue des Vignerons 2, 1110 Morges, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected on www.voyages-stevic.ch. We process your data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Data collected

When you fill in the quote request form, we collect the information you send us: name, company, email address, phone number, details of your journey (type of service, dates, route, number of passengers, notes). When you write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we keep the information needed to follow up your request.

Purpose

This data is used solely to process your request, to prepare a quote, to organise and carry out the transport service, and then to invoice it. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to process them and for commercial follow-up. Accounting documents are kept for ten years in accordance with Swiss law. The IP address associated with a form submission is truncated after 90 days.

Technical providers

The site is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA. Form data is stored on this hosting and sent by email to Voyages Stevic Sàrl. The Contact page embeds Google Maps: when they are displayed, your browser communicates with Google's servers, whose privacy policy applies. The site contains no audience measurement tool and sets no advertising cookies.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or its deletion, by writing to info@voyages-stevic.ch or by post to the address above.

Security

Exchanges with the site are encrypted (https). Access to the requests received is restricted to authorised persons at Voyages Stevic Sàrl and protected by password.
