General terms and conditions of sale

These general terms and conditions govern every passenger transport service provided by Voyages Stevic Sàrl, Rue des Vignerons 2, 1110 Morges (hereafter “Voyages Stevic”).

1. Booking

Bookings made in writing, by phone or by email imply acceptance of these general terms and conditions. A quote only becomes an order once it has been accepted in writing by the customer and confirmed by Voyages Stevic.

The final programme must be communicated in advance: exact departure time, meeting point, exact number of passengers, detailed itinerary and timetable, special points, name and phone number of the person(s) in charge, and generally any information required for the proper execution of the transport.

2. Registration

When the person booking registers other participants for the transport, he or she is liable for their contractual obligations, in particular the payment of the transport price, in the same way as for his or her own, and engages his or her responsibility or that of his or her company.

3. Services

Our services follow from the description of the transport in the written agreement and the quote. Special requests only become part of the contract if we have confirmed them in writing and without reservation.

Included in the quoted price:

• VAT at the rate in force on Swiss territory;
• a professional driver;
• road tolls.

Not included in the quoted price:

• any parking fees for the vehicle, in Switzerland as in the European Union;
• the driver's meals, paid by the customer or invoiced as a CHF 30.- supplement on the offer, for a full-day or evening booking;
• for trips of one or more days, the driver's hotel and accommodation (half board) for the whole stay and tour, paid by the group.

4. Payment terms and invoicing

• Invoice sent by email (via the bexio platform); postal delivery with a CHF 2.- surcharge.
• Cash payment against receipt or invoice.
• Credit card payment through a secure system, with a 4% fee.
• Payment is due before departure, or on the day in cash before departure.
• Payment at 30 days on request, only for regular customers and partner companies.
• A CHF 20.- reminder fee may be charged from the second reminder.

5. Payment from abroad

For any payment from outside Switzerland (European Union, United States or other countries), please give clear instructions to your bank so that the full amount shown on the quote or invoice is transferred, without deduction of exchange fees or shared charges.

6. Cancellation by the customer

If the booking is cancelled, handling fees may be charged, calculated as follows:

• 7 to 14 days before departure: 10% of the transport price;
• 3 to 7 days before departure: 20% of the transport price;
• 0 to 2 days before departure: 50% of the transport price.

7. Cancellation by Voyages Stevic

If the transport cannot take place for reasons of force majeure, the amount paid is refunded in full, any compensation being excluded.

8. Airports

The coach and minicoach parking fees introduced by Geneva Airport are not included in the price of transfers and are invoiced separately according to the waiting time, unless otherwise stated in our quote, at the rates applied by the airport. Parking fees only apply to arrivals and waiting for customers; quick drop-off is free of charge. The same applies to Zurich and Bern airports, at their rates in force.

To limit waiting fees, we track commercial flights and the vehicle only enters the car park after your plane has landed. It is important to give us the arrival and departure flight numbers for every transfer booking, as well as a contact phone number.

9. Luggage

Our coaches and minibuses have spacious holds. For practical reasons, each participant is asked to limit luggage to one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person.

10. Cleaning and damage

Normal cleaning of the vehicle is included in the quoted price. We nevertheless reserve the right to charge additional cleaning, repair or replacement costs for the equipment provided, in particular for chewing gum, liquids spilled on the seats and any damage inside or outside the vehicle.

11. Prohibited on board

• Smoking is strictly forbidden in the vehicles.
• Pets are not allowed in the vehicles.
• Alcohol may only be consumed on board with the prior agreement of Voyages Stevic.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Morges, Canton of Vaud.
